  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address student needs
  • Communicating with families and facilitating referrals to outside services when appropriate
  • Participating in building-based support teams and student support initiatives

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with students, families, faculty, and administrators to support students’ academic progress, social-emotional well-being, and post-secondary planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group counseling to high school students
  • Assisting students with academic planning and course selection
  • Guiding students through the college and career planning process, including applications and post-secondary options
  • Monitoring student progress and supporting at-risk students
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address student needs
  • Communicating with families and facilitating referrals to outside services when appropriate
